Welcome to the newly upgraded team manager page. It is our intent to make this the "place to go" for all of the information that you need. We will be adding many links in the coming weeks, so check back often. We also want to hear from you on any suggestions you may have.

The team manager can be a mom, a dad, a grandparent or any other person associated with one of the players. This person takes care of all non-coaching related activities for the team. 

Examples include:

        Paperwork for picture day

        Team line-up cards

        Copies of medical release forms

        Copies of team roster

        Team equipment distribution

        Post season party

        Scheduling halftime snacks

        Team communications person


It is strongly recommended that the Team Manager find multiple volunteers to assist with the various tasks. 

AYSO is continuing it's partnership with Shutterfly. This site allows team to create a team website that is easy to set up, easy to manage and provides great value to the coach, the players, the parents and supporters. Check it out. 

For the advanced team manager, the AYSO Guidance for Referees and Coaches is an excellent document to read. This will help you communicate with the other parents what is happening on the field. By offloading this task from your coach, you will be providing her or him a great service!
